Food and Wine Summer Series at Rancho Ponte Vineyard

(1-3 pm on June 29; July 27; Aug. 24)

Please join us for a fun and delicious afternoon as we explore recipes that pair with our new 2013 Rancho Ponte Vineyard wine releases! Tickets include cooking demonstration by chef Rachel Ponte and 3 seasonal food and wine pairings with copies of all the recipes. $65.00 per person per class. $50.00 for wine club members. These tickets are nonrefundable but transferable to a friend if you can't make it. Tickets can be purchased up to 3 days prior to the event. Your tickets will be available at the winery for pickup before the event only.

Classes are limited to 20 guests so buy tickets early. Tickets are available to Rancho Ponte Wine Club members first, but will be offered to the general public starting June 10.

Chef's Bio:
Rachel Ponte has many years of experience in food, wine and recipe development. A trained chef with a degree from the CCA, Rachel honed her skills as an independent culinary instructor and as a recipe developer for Williams Sonoma. After opening Rancho Ponte Vineyard in 2009 with her husband Roberto Ponte, Rachel is now ready to welcome guests into the new barrel room to further explore the marriage of food and wine.
