We will be roasting a whole pig with all the trimmings, enjoying live music on the porch and you can work on your bocce ball skills! Chef Rachel Ponte will be preparing and roasting a suckling pig with Cuban spices, garlic and lots of olive oil in a Caja China Roasting box.
