Chef's Bio:

Rachel Ponte has many years of experience in food, wine and recipe development. A trained chef with a degree from the CCA, Rachel honed her skills as an independent culinary instructor and as a recipe developer for Williams Sonoma. After opening Rancho Ponte Vineyard in 2009 with her husband Roberto Ponte, Rachel welcomes guests into our barrel room to further explore the marriage of wine and food!

Mother's Day Menu 

Toast point appetizers with fresh seasonal toppings like puree of spring peas with lemon, garlic and sea salt. Fricassee De Poulet a L'Ancienne. This is a classic French dish with wine, mushrooms, heavy Cream and Tarragon; Decadent chocolate and coffee port mousse with fresh cream and berries.

Father's Day Menu

Waldorf Salad Cups with Honey and Smokey Bacon; Grilled Skirt Steak with a Spicy Chimichurri Sauce on top of a Roasted, Smashed Golden Potatoes with Charred Asparagus; Pecan Panna cotta with local Fredericksburg Peach/Wine Compote.
